Thanks Larry, and good luck. It takes time and hard work to get a new job. The location is not always right and the skill sets change. I am certainly not trying to minimize the problems - -just trying to be realistic.

Thanks for the insight. As an active job seeker, I see the job creation and remain very optimistic. The constant barrage of job loss articles does cause one to wonder if this hopeful outlook is just naivete.

I continue to believe the old adage about journalism "lead with what bleeds." A steady stream of job creation is just not as catchy as X,000 laid off from .

I will continue to tune out the naysayers and eventually I will make something happen.
