Jeff,
I am a regular reader as you know, but I cannot remember a time when Ugly was limited to sport and Bad was a search around for something, somewhere. I agree with you re the talking head nonsense over the fiscal cliff as everything is on the table as you say. We are post Thanksgiving, ahead of a December full of special dividends and a lack of bad news flow. With the flows beginning to move away from bonds and back towards equities, it feels like a lot of stale bears are going to get squeezed here.
