The unemployment situation is a disaster I cannot see things improving anytime soon. It reminds me of the situation in south america back in the nineteen eighties all the major countries in laten america had borrowed and spent to hells ends and the problems were not resolved until the year 2000. Now the situation is reversed europe and the united states look much like laten america looked twenty or thirty years ago as far as their debt and fiscal situation goes.

From their past few comments, it seems to me like the ECRI is nearing a recession call.

In your next "Weighing The Week Ahead" post, it would be nice if you could give us a quick hint as to what Bod Dieli's "Mr. Model" is saying these days regarding the eventuality of a new recession.

Have a nice weekend.
