I have seen part of the book and some reviews. I hope to read the whole thing.

House of Cards By William D. Cohan is a more in depth, provides more extensive background on the Bear-Stearns history in particular all their gun slinging leaders including Ace,Jamie and Alan Schwartz. Cayne must take the fall, bridge and golf were just more important and he wasted time trying to finalize a capital deal with the Chinese at the critical end game. He also canned the only exec that was knowledgeable on their fixes assets risks exposure Warren Spector.
